Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs
- Ensure all monitoring activities are properly documented and reported to relevant stakeholders
- Identify and escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions
- Continuously enhance job knowledge by developing a strong understanding of all monitoring tools, systems, and procedures
- Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on learning to improve performance and technical skills
- Build positive working relationships by actively participating in team discussions and supporting colleagues
- Communicate effectively and manage differences constructively to promote a collaborative and respectful work environment
- Proactively take on additional tasks and responsibilities when required
- Manage workload efficiently by prioritizing tasks according to urgency and impact while maintaining high-quality standards
- Fully embrace ACE’s culture, values, and policies, and seek regular feedback to ensure alignment
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude in all interactions
- Maintain strong communication
- Minimum Graduation
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (relevant experience will be a plus)
