Motion Designer – 3D

About The Role

You will own 3D for AIO: product renders, hardware visualisation and animated explainers for our devices (POS, mPOS, Kiosk, KDS, Tableside kiosk) and software, integrated with 2D motion for social, paid, website, sales and events. We are hiring for ownership and quality with less back-and-forth.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and sits within AIO's ~24-person in-house marketing team in Islamabad, a creative and growth engine producing content for independent restaurants across the U.S. You will run the 3D asset library, set the visual standard for how AIO hardware appears everywhere, work alongside our designers and 2D motion designer, and coordinate directly with website, product marketing, social and sales so they get what they need without chasing.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Own AIO's 3D visual system: model, texture, light and render every device and 3D icon in Cinema 4D or Blender to one consistent standard.
• Animate 3D product demos, feature reveals and launch videos, and composite with 2D in After Effects.
• Run the 3D asset library so website, product marketing, sales and social can self-serve renders and stills, keeping it current as hardware and UI change.
• Coordinate directly with website (hero visuals, product pages), product marketing (launches), social (weekly 3D content) and events (NRA Show and trade-show collateral).
• Deliver finished, spec-correct work the first time: platform formats, brand, exports and file hygiene.
• Optimise scenes and render pipelines for speed, using AI-assisted 3D, texturing and image tools to shorten production.
• Work with product and design so renders match real devices and current UI.
  
  

What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• 3+ years in motion design, with a reel and at least 3 pieces of finished 3D product work you owned (with breakdowns and revision history).
• Strong in Cinema 4D or Blender (modelling, lighting, materials, camera animation) plus Redshift, Octane or Cycles.
• Advanced After Effects for compositing and 2D/3D integration.
• An eye for realistic lighting, materials and clean, minimal styling; you catch what others miss.
• A track record of low-revision delivery and running your own queue at speed.
• Daily use of AI tools in your pipeline (image, texture, video or 3D), with examples.
• A genuine sense of ownership and drive: you treat your area like you run it, set a high bar for yourself, and don't need anyone to assign your week.
• You ship fast and right the first time, ask the right questions up front, and come with proposals rather than open questions.
• Comfortable coordinating directly with the U.S. team, product marketing, website, sales and design, across time zones, without waiting to be introduced.
