Aice Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Translator to join its dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Urdu, and Chinese and holds a bachelor's degree in economics. This role requires a hardworking individual capable of managing time efficiently and adapting to the companys demands. The Translator will work closely with a team of 20, supporting diverse translation needs while ensuring cultural competence and accuracy across various languages. Familiarity with office software and possessing a motorcycle and smartphone for easy mobility are essential for performing the daily tasks effectively.

In this role, the Translator plays a critical part in bridging communication gaps through precise and culturally appropriate translations. Responsibilities

include translating documents, verifying quality, and maintaining clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality assurance, and the ability to manage workloads independently while collaborating within a busy office environment. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive stance in meeting tight deadlines and demanding work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Translate written and verbal content accurately between English, Urdu, and Chinese, ensuring correct linguistic and cultural interpretation.
• Maintain high-quality translation standards by reviewing and editing translations for accuracy, grammar, and context.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of 20 translators and coordinators to deliver translation projects on time.
• Utilize office software applications to prepare and format translated materials according to company guidelines.
• Manage translation workflows and adhere to project deadlines while balancing multiple assignments.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients to understand specific translation requirements.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain consistency and excellence across all translations.
• Adapt swiftly to changing translation demands and workloads in line with company priorities.
• Conduct research to verify terminology and cultural nuances relevant to translations to ensure accuracy.
• Use a motorcycle and smartphone for commuting and timely task completion within the Karachi area.
• Report regularly to management regarding project progress and any translation challenges encountered.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality agreements to protect sensitive information during translations.
