  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of network architecture to meet business needs and performance targets.
  • Strategically plan network growth and upgrades to support company expansion and evolving technological requirements.
  • Oversee network performance optimization by analyzing traffic patterns and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate regulatory affairs activities related to network development.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of two personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and business processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend strategic enhancements to the network.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing network efficiency, security, and reliability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, conveying network status, challenges, and strategic plans.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for network development projects ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
