Role Summary:
Provide operational support and administration of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

• Troubleshoot user, mailbox, and collaboration issues
• Administer user access, licenses, and policies
• Ensure service health monitoring and incident resolution
• Support migrations and upgrades

Skills & Experience:

• 3–8+ years in O365 administration/support

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Familiarity with identity integration (Azure AD)
