Overview
We are seeking an incumbent for the position of "Ocean Freight Executive" who will be responsible for handling day-to-day Import shipments & operational activities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates & status to customers.
- Well-versed on Import Documentation
- Must have good knowledge of consolidation / de-consolidation.
- Must have good knowledge of manifestation & self-manifestation in Weboc/psw.
- Must have knowledge of issuance / arrangement of delivery orders / endorsement.
- Good knowledge of preparation of invoices.
- Collaborate with team to jointly develop new or enhance existing procedures relating to service deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction
- Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints, handling receivable & Payable.
- To ensure that all customer inquiries are responded promptly & professionally.
- Knowledge of CW1 will be a plus.
- Minimum 2- 4 years of import documentation & Import operational experience at freight forwarding or shipping line.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification in a relevant field
