  • Configure, manage, and schedule Homepage and My Account sections through the backend Alibaba Platforms.
  • Plan and allocate homepage assets based on campaign priorities, business needs, and inventory availability.
  • Optimize homepage asset placement to maximize campaign visibility, engagement, and CTR.
  • Own assigned homepage modules, ensuring performance optimization, UI improvements, and clear communication of insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize homepage inventory efficiently to ensure maximum exposure for key campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Tech teams to align homepage content with business objectives.
  • Participate in UAT, A/B testing, and feature rollouts, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze onsite module performance, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all onsite content complies with branding, promotional, and content accuracy guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, onsite merchandising, content management, or homepage optimization (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of homepage layout strategy, campaign planning, and asset management.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement) and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exposure to UI optimization, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) enhancements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align execution with business goals.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly share insights and updates with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a strong ability to stay engaged and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
