Core Competencies:

• Build strong customer relationships & identify deep sales opportunities with all customers.
• Prepare and send timely quotations to customers, handle freight-related queries, with follow-up & negotiation to secure business.
• Support sales coordination and meeting arrangements.
• Handle freight-related queries, with follow-up & negotiation to secure business with close coordination with pricing.
• Generate business from sales leads provided by Product heads, TLMs and IV Heads.
• Provide daily CRM updates to the Sales manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance and management reports and daily Quote Logger report.
• Share complete instructions/ SOP to operations, customer service for handling shipments.
• Collaborate with the team on product and trade lane development.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• The candidate should be a graduate with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
