As the Operations and Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the company's marketing campaigns and operational workflows. Your Responsibilities

include crafting engaging content, managing social media schedules, conducting market and competitor research, and handling CRM updates to enhance lead generation and client acquisition efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple online tools efficiently. You will be involved in preparing weekly performance reports, supporting email marketing campaigns, and maintaining structured business systems. While this role does not involve managing a team, it offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and skill development across marketing and operational functions in an international trade context.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging written content including posts, blogs, and product descriptions that align with marketing goals.
• Design simple graphics to enhance social media presence and marketing materials.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms and maintain updated online profiles and directories.
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential international textile buyers and build detailed prospect lists.
• Analyze competitors and perform market research to inform strategic marketing activities.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date lead databases to support sales and customer outreach initiatives.
• Update the Customer Relationship Management system daily to track leads, outreach activities, and client engagement status.
• Coordinate tasks and reporting processes to streamline operational workflows and provide weekly performance insights to management.
• Assist in scheduling, monitoring, and managing responses for email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
• Support outreach follow-up workflows and ensure communication records are current and accurate.
