Operations Associate - Daali Earthfoods

Our client Daali Earthfoods is hiring a Operations Associate in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfilment
• Receive and process purchase orders from retail store partners across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders from the Islamabad warehouse to stores.
• Liaise with delivery personnel to assign and track online order dispatches.
• Step in to personally carry out deliveries when required.

Payments & Accounts
• Collect payments from retail store partners on delivery or as per agreed terms.
• Accurately record all transactions and deposit collected payments into company accounts in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear payment records and flag any outstanding dues to management.

Retail Development & Sales
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve Daali product placement, visibility, and shelf presence.
• Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand Daali’s distribution network in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Actively work towards increasing sell-through and overall sales volumes across the territory.

Online Orders
• Receive online order details and coordinate with delivery personnel for prompt dispatch.
• Ensure accurate packing and dispatch of online orders from the warehouse.
• Handle personal delivery of online orders when needed.

Inventory Management
• Manage inventory and keep track of First in First Out (FIFO)


Requirements
• Based in Islamabad with a valid driving licence and access to personal bike.
• Prior experience in FMCG distribution, retail sales, or a similar field-based operations role preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling cash and making bank deposits.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for building retail relationships.
• Basic proficiency in using a smartphone for order coordination and communication.
