Operations Associate — Founder’s Office (Remote)

tokens& is a global AI community with 60,000+ members and 400+ partners. We run the events where the people actually building AI come together — hackathons, summits, demo days. Our partners include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, a16z, and more.

The Role

We're hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder across partnerships, events, operations, and recruiting. The scope will change as we grow. Priorities shift week to week, and you'll be expected to pick up whatever matters most and run with it. Expect ownership of operational tasks as well.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with founders, investors, speakers, and partners
• Plan and execute AI events end to end
• Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and communications
• Build internal systems, docs, and playbooks that help the team scale
• Fix operational bottlenecks
• Own whatever's most important that week, start to finish

Who We're Looking For

• Class of 2026 or graduates (2024–2026); undergrads strongly preferred.
• Works independently and thrives in ambiguity
•  Extremely organized — you make chaos legible 
• Strong written communication; most of this job happens over Slack, email, and docs 
• Fast learner with real hustle
