If you love solving puzzles, organizing chaos, and making things run smoother, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Help map out, evaluate, and improve daily workflows and operational procedures.
- Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze operational data to help the team make smart, data-driven decisions.
- Project Support: Assist with cross-functional projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Admin & Logistics: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and team coordination.
- Interns are also being hired in Calendar Operations, Marketing and Finance
- Currently pursuing in THE LAST SEMESTER or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Analytical mindset—you comfortability work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data.
- Excellent communication skills and a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Able to work remotely in US hours.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Mentorship from experienced operations leaders.
