Position Overview
Navigator HR is seeking an organized and responsible Operations Officer to support daily rider operations, cash collection, wallet monitoring, order allocation, and rider onboarding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable maintaining operational records, communicating with riders, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Overview
Navigator HR is seeking an organized and responsible Operations Officer to support daily rider operations, cash collection, wallet monitoring, order allocation, and rider onboarding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable maintaining operational records, communicating with riders, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash collection from riders and maintain accurate collection records.
- Monitor rider wallets and ensure outstanding balances are cleared on time.
- Contact riders regarding payments, wallet balances, and operational concerns.
- Assist in assigning orders to riders and follow up to support timely deliveries.
- Operate the relevant system and keep operational records updated.
- Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and coordination.
- At least 2 years of relevant operations experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail when handling cash, balances, and records.
- Ability to use computer-based systems and maintain accurate data.
- A responsible, organized approach and the ability to follow up with riders professionally.
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Work location: Bahria Town.
