JWS Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Reporting Officer to support its operational and financial teams by monitoring and evaluating the loan portfolio performance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA. With at least two years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, operations, or microfinance, this role demands a strong analytical mindset and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to develop dashboards and automate reporting processes. The Operations Reporting Officer works collaboratively with multiple teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to compile and present accurate reports to donors and stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making within the organization. The candidate possesses sound knowledge of microfinance operations, loan portfolio management, collections monitoring, and key performance indicators. They display excellent problem-solving skills and communicate findings effectively across departments. Working under tight deadlines and handling large datasets requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational capability. Although this position does not involve team management, the Operations Reporting Officer plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the success of JWS Pakistan\\\'s financial initiatives and stakeholder reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the loan portfolio by analyzing key metrics and trends.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports to present to donors and stakeholders on portfolio status and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and IT teams to gather relevant data and ensure consistency across reporting tools.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and automated data solutions to support management decision-making.
• Conduct data validation and ensure high data integrity by auditing large datasets regularly.
• Analyze collection activities, monitor overdue loans, and provide actionable insights for improving recovery rates.
• Support the identification of operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements based on reporting findings.
• Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear, concise manner tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on microfinance industry standards and regulatory requirements impacting loan portfolio reporting.
• Manage ongoing ad hoc data analysis requests and provide timely solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure reports comply with organizational policies, donor requirements, and auditing standards.
