We are looking for an Oracle WebLogic Administrator to support mission-critical Oracle FLEXCUBE On-Premise applications. The resource will be responsible for administration, monitoring, deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle WebLogic environments.

We are looking for an Oracle WebLogic Administrator to support mission-critical Oracle FLEXCUBE On-Premise applications. The resource will be responsible for administration, monitoring, deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle WebLogic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
- Deploy and manage FLEXCUBE application components.
- Monitor WebLogic performance, availability, and security.
- Perform WebLogic patching and upgrades.
- Configure managed servers, clusters, and load balancing.
- Troubleshoot middleware-related incidents.
- Monitor JVM performance and memory utilization.
- Support application deployments and release activities.
- Configure SSL certificates and security settings.
- Maintain environment documentation and operational procedures.
- Support disaster recovery and high-availability configurations.
- Required Experience is 4-8 Years.
- Oracle WebLogic Server Administration.
- Application deployment management.
- Linux/Unix Administration.
- SSL and Security Configuration.
- WebLogic Performance Tuning.
- Middleware Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Shell Scripting.
- Log Analysis and Root Cause Identification.
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Apache Web Server.
- Load Balancers.
- Oracle FLEXCUBE Architecture knowledge.
- Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
