About Krank

Krank is changing the way heavy equipment is traded globally. Krank’s enterprise B2B SaaS tools range from marketplaces, auction technology and AI driven inspections.

Backed by global investors and with leading international blue-chip clients, Krank’s quickly growing and looking for the best talent to join its team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Lead to own and drive go-to-market execution for Krank’s product suite. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ideal for someone who understands B2B SaaS growth, can build outbound pipelines from scratch, is familiar with AI and automation platforms to scale, and is comfortable operating across multiple marketing functions simultaneously.

Your primary focus will be outbound GTM: building and running LinkedIn and email outreach programmes that generate qualified pipeline. Beyond that, you will contribute to content, positioning, and campaign execution, while working closely with the Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to tell the Krank story in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & GTM (Primary Focus)

• Own and execute LinkedIn outbound campaigns, prospecting, connection sequences, and message copy, targeting decision-makers in field operations, compliance, and inspection-heavy industries.

• Build and manage cold email outreach campaigns: list building, sequencing, A/B testing subject lines and copy, and iterating on reply rates.

• Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas in collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

• Develop GTM playbooks for new segments, use cases, and geographies.

• Track outbound metrics (open rates, reply rates, meeting booked rates) and report on pipeline contribution.

Content & Campaigns

• Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and the Krank blog, including thought leadership posts, product updates, and customer stories.

• Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns tied to product launches, feature releases, and industry moments.

• Repurpose content across formats (long-form → social posts → email snippets) to maximise reach and efficiency.

• Support the creation of sales enablement collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and email templates.

Positioning & Strategy

• Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen messaging and identify differentiation opportunities.

• Contribute to Krank’s and Inspeq’s overall brand positioning and messaging framework.

• Monitor market trends in field operations, SaaS, and AI to inform content and campaign direction.

• Collaborate with Product to translate feature updates into compelling market-facing narratives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an outbound or growth role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a tech-forward environment.

• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Lemlist, or similar.

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and basic marketing automation.

• Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling best practices.

• Demonstrable hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach or cold email campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong copywriting skills, ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-aware copy for outbound, ads, and content.

• Solid understanding of GTM fundamentals: ICP definition, messaging frameworks, funnel stages, and pipeline metrics.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams without heavy oversight.

• Data-driven mindset: able to read campaign analytics, draw conclusions, and act on them quickly.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in marketing inspection, compliance, field operations, or workflow-based SaaS products.

• Exposure to AI-assisted content creation and marketing workflows.

• Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google Ads).

• Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment.

If you thrive in a fast-moving product environment and want to contribute to marketing and growth functions of a category-defining inspection platform, we’d love to hear from you.
