P2P Executive

You will manage end-to-end procure-to-pay activities with care, accuracy and strong controls. You will work closely with procurement, vendors and internal teams to process invoices, manage payments and maintain supplier records. Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Prepare and execute payment proposals and review payment exceptions to meet contract terms.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the financial system and support vendor onboarding.
• Review travel and expense claims for policy compliance and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support audit, compliance and control activities to protect the business and ensure accurate financial postings.
  
  

Education, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 1 -2 years of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay or similar finance operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional accounting qualification or studying toward one (for example ACCA, CA, CIMA).
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of local tax rules and vendor compliance requirements in Pakistan.
• Experience in shared services or high-volume transaction environments.
• Practical experience with internal controls and audit readiness.
• A proactive approach to improving processes and working collaboratively.
