Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP CX, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will focus on ensuring successful delivery of SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design SAP CRM Solutions: Design solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape.
• Implement SAP CRM Projects: Implement SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide Expert Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to business stakeholders, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to design and implement SAP CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape.
• Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM solutions with existing system landscape, utilizing business process and industry knowledge.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• SAP CRM Solution Design: Experience with designing SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge.
• SAP CRM Project Implementation: Experience with implementing SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders.
• Business Process Knowledge: Experience with utilizing business process and industry knowledge to design and implement SAP CRM solutions.
• System Integration: Experience with ensuring seamless integration of SAP CRM solutions with existing system landscape.
• SAP CRM Consulting: Experience with providing expert consulting services to business stakeholders on SAP CRM solutions.
