As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our clients’ PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various online channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for campaign success.
- Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad extensions to increase click-through rates.
- Ad Testing: Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking to monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients on a regular basis, highlighting key KPIs and areas for improvement.
- Client Communication: Build strong client relationships, address client inquiries, and present recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and content creators, to achieve client goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in PPC advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing successful eCommerce and Services industry campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics and PPC management tools. Excellent understanding of search engine marketing best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
