Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Execute and optimize always-on and promotional campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA to meet acquisition targets.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor daily performance to identify inefficiencies, scale winning strategies, and minimize wasted spend.
- Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives (creative, bidding, audience, placement) to validate hypotheses and build scalable playbooks.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare clear, structured reports summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations for the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to refine ad creatives, enhance tracking infrastructure, and streamline workflows.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new advertising practices to keep our strategies competitive.
Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Channel Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA advertising platforms.
- Note: Experience specifically in App User Acquisition (UA) is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a quantitative field, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, manage dashboards, and make decisions based on numbers rather than intuition.
- Language: Fluent English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to multitask, manage strict deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Exposure to SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or marketing attribution platforms.
- AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI-driven optimization tools or automated bidding strategies.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of ad tech stacks, tracking pixels, SDKs, and attribution models.
- Creative Strategy: Experience working with design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
