About the Role


WAJIHA SMM is looking for an experienced Personal Brand Growth Strategist who knows how to build and grow personal brands through organic content.


We are looking for someone who understands how to turn an individual's knowledge, expertise and personality into a strong personal brand that attracts an audience, builds trust and generates sales.


Key Requirements & Responsibilities


- Proven experience in building personal brands from the ground up.
- Ability to grow personal brands through organic content.
- Proven ability to generate millions of organic views.
- Ability to generate leads and sales through organic content without paid advertising.
- Experience growing Instagram accounts from scratch to thousands of followers.
- Ability to conduct detailed Instagram account audits.
- Strong understanding of personal brand positioning and brand strategy.
- Ability to develop content pillars and complete content strategies.
- Ability to create educational reels and engaging content.
- Understanding of storytelling, audience psychology and organic growth.
- Ability to turn an individual's knowledge and expertise into a recognisable personal brand.
