Our client AUS Care is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Lahore

AUS Care is seeking a motivated Medical Representative with at least one year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are well-informed about our product offerings. You are responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product solutions. This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits and respond to inquiries with accurate information.

As a Medical Representative at AUS Care, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and sales performance. Although this role does not include managing a team, you will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets and contributing to the companys growth through dedicated customer engagement and product knowledge. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and improve your sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Present and promote AUS Care's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing valuable product information.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activities and identify opportunities for expanding product reach.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations highlighting key product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage a designated territory to maximize sales potential and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the management team to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and regulatory changes through continuous learning and training.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional activities and ensure consistent customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status to support business analysis.
