  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, product and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a tech oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
