Job Summary:
ACE Money Transfer is looking for a dedicated PMO Officer to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective project execution. This role involves maintaining active cross functional coordination, tracking Sprint deliver and project progress, and assisting the Manager with day-to-day project operations. The PMO Officer will contribute to driving project efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The PMO Officer will contribute to driving project efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PMO Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Support the PMO Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Help Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in risk management and issue resolution processes
- Identify opportunities for improving project processes and support the implementation of enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, ACP, Scrum Master) would be a plus
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
