Our client Bisonstechs is hiring a POS Sales Representative in Karachi.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic POS Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our point-of-sale systems. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of POS systems to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of point-of-sale systems and related software solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
