Our client Printkraft is looking for a Post-Press Operations Manager in Faisalabad

Looking for an experienced candidate having Bachelor’s in (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial /Mechatronics Engineering) with 5–8 years of relevant experience in Printing & Packaging, including 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role. This position requires a candidate who is adept in continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction techniques, and packaging quality assurance. Expertise in analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data is crucial for driving operational enhancements. The AM/DM Post-Press professional must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Effective coordination with multiple departments and attention to detail play a vital role in maintaining high production standards and enhancing business performance within the post-press functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily post-press operations ensuring efficient workflow and production schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet strict delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and maintain post-press equipment to minimize downtime through preventive maintenance and prompt troubleshooting.
• Conduct finishing quality inspections and control to ensure products meet established standards.
• Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead efforts in waste reduction and process optimization to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Supervise and train staff on operational procedures, machinery use, and safety protocols to improve workforce capability.
• Collaborate with the quality control and production departments to maintain high packaging quality standards.
• Utilize ERP and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, track production metrics, and support operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the post-press department.
