As a PR&IM Executive you will play a vital role in shaping and promoting the brand’s image and reputation. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing PR&IM strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and manage executions of Influencers’ campaign (including social/digital influencers on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and other platforms with opportunity to engage KOL, Social Media Celebrities, Bloggers, Content Creators).
  • Active role in planning and execution of influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns as required by our clients’ brief.
  • Develop and keep a record of weekly and/or monthly reports for influencer campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Develop content ideas and curate content in close coordination with creative teams and client representatives.
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Writing post campaign reports on influencers campaigns.
  • Observing and leading the overall delivery of the campaigns with respect to agreed timelines, delivery matrices and budgets.
  • Effectively communicate the ideas in written and verbal format, build and maintain relationships with influencers with high attention to details proactively.
  • Open for national and international travel for client meetings and campaign executions.

Qualifications

  • 1- 2 Years of experience in PR&IM roles, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding client service.
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital trends, and platforms, with a passion for integrating innovation into creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and managing multiple project.
  • Excellent skills on Microsoft Office Suite, specially Excel and Powerpoint
