Our client Peace Education Foundation is looking for a Principal for Remote Area School Leadership in Kasur

Peace Education Foundation seeks a Resident Principal with at least 5 years of experience from reputed educational institutions to lead a remote area school. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with remote area schooling and be capable of fostering a progressive academic environment. This role requires expertise in educational leadership, staff management, and school operations, along with the ability to implement policies effectively. The selected individual will be responsible for residing on the school campus to provide continuous oversight and promote a cohesive school culture.

The Resident Principal leads a team of 15 staff members and is expected to establish a robust AI and IT environment to enhance teaching and learning. This role requires hands-on involvement in budget planning, policy implementation, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth operations. The candidate must hold a minimum of an MA or MSc degree in any subject and demonstrate a commitment to advancing educational excellence in a challenging setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance academic performance and promote innovative teaching practices, especially in AI and IT integration.
• Oversee a team of 15 staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to improve instructional quality and staff morale.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to optimize school operations within financial constraints.
• Implement school policies effectively, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and institutional goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports students' academic and social development.
• Resolve conflicts among staff, students, and community members promptly and diplomatically.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with parents, local authorities, and the wider educational community.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and school programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote the use of technology and AI tools among teachers and students to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students and staff on campus.
• Stay on campus to provide consistent leadership presence and respond to any urgent issues.
• Support and mentor staff in remote area teaching challenges and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
