Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to own procurement across the organization. Working closely with multiple departments, you will manage sourcing and purchasing end to end, build strong vendor relationships, and compare pricing and service terms to secure the most cost-effective outcomes in line with business objectives. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, negotiates well, and enjoys keeping suppliers, budgets, and timelines aligned.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Working closely with multiple departments, you will manage sourcing and purchasing end to end, build strong vendor relationships, and compare pricing and service terms to secure the most cost-effective outcomes in line with business objectives. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, negotiates well, and enjoys keeping suppliers, budgets, and timelines aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle: requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing of goods and services, and order fulfillment.
- Evaluate bid proposals and vendor history to recommend award decisions and prepare assessment reports.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors to keep costs within budget.
- Source and onboard vendors for IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and subcontracted services.
- Register deals in vendor, manufacturer, and distributor partner portals to secure special pricing, discounts, and deal protection.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contract, delivery, and service terms.
- Coordinate order delivery and shipping through third-party carriers where required.
- Track purchase orders and invoices through to payment, and process vendor payments.
- Maintain the procurement database, sourcing documentation, vendor records, and contracts.
- Analyze vendor and sourcing data to identify cost savings and process improvements.
- Support internal stakeholders on product selection, forecasting, and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Executive, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, with the ability to read the market.
- Experience with procurement or supply chain management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP Ariba, or similar) and third-party/vendor management tools.
- Solid understanding of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and numerical skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
