About the role?

We are seeking a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join Conrad Labs. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-focused digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute across the entire design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and implementation support.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve the product design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into design iterations.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver inclusive user experiences.
  • Participate in product strategy discussions, applying design thinking to influence decisions.
  • Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.


What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, UI design best practices, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory for digital interfaces.
  • Familiarity with user research and usability testing practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Preferred: Experience with prototyping tools or basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS).
