About This Role.
We are looking for a Product Executive to support the planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, technology, business, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and managing product requirements, features, and priorities.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and product documentation.
- Work closely with development and technical teams to communicate product requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support product planning, feature prioritization, testing, and launches.
- Monitor product performance and track key product metrics.
- Identify product issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist in preparing product roadmaps, presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on product functionality.
- Support product demos and help sales/business development teams understand product features.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of product development and software development processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
