About the Role

As a Product Manager at Conrad Labs, you will:

• Lead product discovery, design, and execution across a range of technology initiatives including healthcare and data-driven products.
• Explore business problems across multiple domains and identify opportunities where technology, including AI, can create step-change value.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and clinical stakeholders to bring early-stage ideas to market-ready MVPs.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, and shape growth strategies for products with global potential.
• Act as the voice of both the user and the business while balancing technical feasibility with particular empathy for users in high-stakes environments such as clinicians, patients, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product goals, roadmaps, and milestones for new product initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous problem areas into clear hypotheses and testable product directions.
• Conduct competitor research, market validation, and user research where applicable.
• Prioritize features and build iterative releases that deliver measurable impact.
• Partner with engineering teams and business leadership to define product execution plans.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to guide pivots, iterations, or scaling decisions.
• Develop release plans with the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or technology-first environment; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to move from concept to execution with limited guidance.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and analytics; familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, or ML models is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data to make decisions and define success.
• Curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies; AI and ML experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in US healthcare, including health plans, payers, employers, or other healthcare technology products.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH), or clinical/operational workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-growing, early-stage ventures.
