Position Overview

As a Product Manager on the Zones Digital Platform (ZDP) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Zones, a USD 3 billion company. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and the chance to drive the business transformation of a next-generation eCommerce platform designed for IT hardware, software, and services. ZDP supports global enterprises, midsize businesses, and small organizations in delivering multi-stakeholder IT solutions by integrating seamlessly with Zones' partner ecosystem.

What will you do as a Product Manager

Employees employed in the role of Product Manager shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and goals for the Zones Digital Platform.
• Work closely with software product designers to create wireframes and UI designs that align with customer needs.
• Draft user stories and requirements, working alongside the engineering team to deliver software that effectively solves customer challenges.
  
  

What will you bring to the team

• 3 to 5 years of progressive product management experience, ideally with a focus on eCommerce solutions.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working on the development of eCommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
