Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Product Manager - Digital Banking Group in Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Manage agriculture sector-related issuance and acquiring business, including P&L, and be responsible for achieving annual targets.
• Oversee KPIs to increase penetration and usage of Kissan Cards and acceptance-related volumes.
• Devise aggregate agriculture sector products, related strategy, product development, enhancements, and modifications in existing products while introducing solutions.
• Perform regular market scans, analysis, trends, opportunity assessments, and other product analysis for insightful and actionable strategies related to Agri issuing and acquiring products.
• Work closely with government and private sectors, handling end-to-end processes from bid preparation to implementation.
• Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issuing and acquiring operations.
• Manage relationships with card networks and payment schemes (MasterCard, PayPak, VISA, etc.).
• Develop and initiate various marketing and awareness campaigns, validating proper execution across different broadcasting channels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Agri-related issuing and acquiring products.
• Manage relationships with all departments, ISO partners, vendors, and relevant internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee card inventory/plastic, stationary, POS, etc., while avoiding non-compliance with TATs committed in bids/RFPs with purchasers.
• Manage customer experience regarding the use of Agri solutions.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized/foreign institution.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of Banking/Non-Banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of September 02, 2026.
