Product Manager - PostEx

Our client PostEx is hiring a Product Manager in Lahore.

Job Summary
PostEx is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical educational background and hands-on experience working in product-based companies or startups, preferably within the FinTech ecosystem.
The role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement gathering to execution and go-to-market alignment. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and define business and product requirements
· Conduct product discovery and identify user pain points and business opportunities
· Create and maintain detailed product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and SRS documents
· Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams for feature execution
· Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
· Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum ceremonies
· Coordinate product releases and support go-to-market execution
· Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives
· Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and business impact
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
· 3–4 years of Product Management experience in product-based companies/startups
· Preferably experience within FinTech, Logistics Tech, or high-growth startups
· Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum practices
· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced and execution-driven environments
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
· Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
· Understanding of APIs, system workflows, and scalable product architectures
· Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms
· Exposure to GTM planning and product analytics is a plus
