About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Product Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of
experience to support the positioning, promotion, and growth of our products. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, excellent communication
skills, and an interest in understanding customer needs and market trends.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Content, Design, and Growth teams to develop
compelling product messaging and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness,
engagement, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
- Create and coordinate product-related content, including website copy, product pages, presentations, brochures, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators effectively.
- Support product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Track marketing campaign and product performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, messaging, and market positioning.
- Maintain product marketing collateral and ensure messaging remains accurate and consistent across channels.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns where required.
- Assist with developing customer personas, buyer journeys, and market segmentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, positioning, and campaign execution.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research and convert findings into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity with marketing KPIs and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation
- tools, or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on product launches or go-to-market campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, technology, or digital products.
- Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral.
- Familiarity with customer research, surveys, and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
