We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive who can drive the positioning, adoption, and growth of multiple fintech products across different customer segments.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and commercially minded marketer who can understand complex financial products, translate them into clear customer benefits, and develop compelling go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Business, Design, Customer Success, and Growth teams to take products from concept to market and continuously improve their performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple products, moving quickly, and turning customer insights into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for multiple fintech products.
  • Own go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and enhancements.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators.
  • Translate complex financial and technical concepts into simple, compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Develop product narratives tailored to different customer segments and use cases.
  • Create launch plans, campaign briefs, sales enablement materials, and product communication plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent product messaging across all channels.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Understand customer pain points, behaviors, needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Gather feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and customers to identify product and messaging gaps.
  • Monitor fintech industry developments and competitor positioning.
  • Turn customer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Content & Campaigns

  • Develop product marketing content including website copy, product pages, brochures, presentations, case studies, blogs, FAQs, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Work with creative teams to develop product-focused campaigns and marketing assets.
  • Support digital, social, performance, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Develop communication strategies for product launches, feature updates, promotions, and customer education.
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, customer-focused, and aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales decks, product one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and other enablement materials.
  • Train and support Sales and Business Development teams on product positioning and key value propositions.
  • Work with sales teams to understand objections and improve product messaging.
  • Develop materials that help sales teams communicate product value effectively to prospects and customers.

Product & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand product roadmaps, features, and customer value.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Work with Customer Success to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and product adoption.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure marketing communications meet relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple product marketing initiatives simultaneously and prioritize based on business impact.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define and monitor product marketing KPIs.
  • Track campaign performance, product adoption, conversion, engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Use data and insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, fintech, banking, payments, financial services, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital products and customer journeys.
  • Ability to understand financial products and communicate them in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or products simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using data and customer insights to make marketing decisions.
