As Product Operations Lead, you’ll oversee the operational success of Careem’s Ads business, ensuring that advertising campaigns are executed flawlessly while delivering measurable value to clients. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven professional who thrives in managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and mentoring teams. You’ll collaborate across sales, product, and operations teams to design high-impact advertising solutions and help drive the growth of Careem’s Ads business.

As part of this team, you’ll lead strategic initiatives and work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll help some of the world’s leading brands, CPGs, and media agencies deliver meaningful ad experiences to millions of Careem users. Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Lead the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Develop and implement best practices for campaign operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide strategic insights and recommendations to achieve impactful results.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis, actionable insights, and reports to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and deliver insights to optimize client success.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to track overall Ads business health and drive data-informed decisions.
- Oversee the management of reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of client pipelines, sales activities, and revenue growth.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency across all ad operations functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising operations, digital marketing, or retail media, with a proven track record of managing ad campaigns and client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency with ad platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools for reporting and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising and retail media trends, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, with a growth mindset and a passion for driving innovation in the advertising space.
