Provide consistently short-term finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines) and materials.
A day in the life of Production Planner Kabirwala Factory:
- Create a feasible production plan within the DPS period that takes into consideration available capacity available Labor available materials
- Identification of practical issues concerning plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity within the DPS period
- Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply of material to production
- Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials
- Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio
- Identification of practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials
- Involves their suppliers in Supply Chain improvement exercises that creates shared value for both Nestlé and their suppliers
- 2-3 years relevant experience (Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing)
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP "MH Modules"
- Proven ability to take initiatives with successful projects in place
- Ability to work with diverse and cross functional teams to ensure business continuity
