Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production output. The role is responsible for managing production processes, supervising shop‑floor teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing production plans aligned with demand forecasts, optimizing resource utilization, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality standards. This position requires strong leadership to drive team performance, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and sustain a positive and productive work environment.

In addition, the Production Supervisor will ensure adherence to ISO and company policies, manage departmental inventory and budgets, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with maintenance, quality, and HR functions to ensure smooth operations and workforce development.

Location: Lahore Plant

The Role (daily Responsibilities)

• Lead and supervise daily production operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Drive production planning, efficiency, and output targets
• Manage teams and support employee development
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime

The Candidate (requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree is required, in any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., quality, maintenance, production, or operations).
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing production.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
