About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Development Manager to join our team in Pakistan. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality professional learning solutions for educators and educational institutions across face-to-face, live online, and self-paced formats. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including school leaders, key accounts, ministry representatives, sales and marketing teams, and freelance contributors, the role will drive the growth and continuous improvement of the professional development portfolio.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on professional learning solutions, support customer engagement through events and initiatives, manage external partnerships and content development, and use market insights, customer feedback, and educational trends to ensure our offerings remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with organizational strategy and the evolving needs of international schools.
About You
The successful candidate(s) should possess:
• A strong school education and university degree in Education (preferably Master’s) Strong knowledge of educational qualifications and assessment processes.
• A teaching qualification such as PGCE or ECCE certification will be preferred.
• Prior experience in Teaching/ Training will be a plus
• Impeccable English language skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently is essential.
