Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant Female (Onsite Multan)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and execution-focused Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Owner in managing and executing a new YouTube & Digital Media Project.

This is not a routine administrative assistant role. We need an energetic execution partner who takes complete ownership, moves fast, solves problems independently, and ensures content operations run seamlessly without needing constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Executive Support: Work closely with the Owner to align on strategy, track project milestones, and translate high-level vision into daily actionable steps.
• Content Workflow Management: Oversee end-to-end digital production workflows, including research, shooting schedules, post-production editing, thumbnail design, YouTube publishing, and Shorts creation.
• Team Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication and task allocation for the creative team (videographers, video editors, graphic designers, and social media managers).
• Guest & Talent Management: Handle professional communication, outreach, scheduling, and logistics for channel guests and interviewees.
• Research & Development: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, guest profiles, topic ideation, and digital media strategies.
• Quality Assurance & Follow-Up: Maintain rigorous follow-up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines are strictly met with high-quality output.
  
  
  

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Proven practical experience working inside an established YouTube channel or professional digital media setup. (Personal YouTube channel experience alone is NOT sufficient).
• Production Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of end-to-end video production, publishing workflows, metadata, and audience growth tactics.
• Communication & Professionalism: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Maturity & Work Ethic: Ability to interface comfortably and professionally with top-tier guests, clients, and senior stakeholders.

The position is based in DHA Multan. Timing is from 11 AM to 7 PM. The salary is negotiable for exceptionally good candidate
