Project Coordinator - Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in night shift to be the go-to person who keeps our marketing projects on track. You'll be the main link between our clients and our team of marketing experts. Your job is to take clients requests and turn them into clear tasks for our team. This isn't just about helping out; you'll be in charge of projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Run Marketing Projects:
  
  

You will guide projects from the first idea to the result. This includes social media posts, online ad campaigns, and website content.

• Use Zoho Projects to Keep Track:
  
  

You'll update our project tool, Zoho Projects, every day. This is how everyone on the team knows what they need to do and when it's due.

• Talk to Clients:
  
  

You will give clients daily updates, answer their questions, and make sure we understand exactly what they want.

• Support Your Team:
  
  

You'll work closely with our designers, writers, and ad specialists. You will help the team solve problems so they can do their best work.

• Check for Quality:
  
  

You will make sure all work is done well and meets the client's needs before we send it to them.

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  

1-3 years of experience in a role like this, especially for a digital marketing or creative agency.

• PM Skills:
  
  

You must be good at project management tools, and MS Office.

• Good with People:
  
  

You are comfortable talking to stakeholders, giving updates, and working as part of a team.

• Understand Digital Marketing:
  
  

You should know the basics of how social media, online ads, and SEO projects work.
