Project Support

Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensures a fair, transparent, and supportive workplace by handling employee grievances and performance framework (PMF) cases from start to finish. Alongside the role keeps daily operations running smoothly by overseeing canteen billing in SAP, maintaining Digital Notice Board systems with external vendors, support in daily operational task and act as safety coordinator of the department.

Education (Mandatory)

Masters preferably MBA HR

Area Of Responsibilities

PMF and Regular Grievance

• Manage PMF and employee grievances from initiation to closure.
• Handle workplace harassment and normal grievances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for case resolution.
• Maintain case records, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely closure of cases.
  
  

Normal and Harassment Grievance

• Handle regular & harassment grievances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for case resolution.
• Maintain case records, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely closure of cases.
  
  

Digital Notice Board (DNB) Management

• Manage DNB vendor SLA and service performance.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LEDs and DNB equipment.
• Liaise with vendors, IT, and site teams for issue resolution.
• Track faults, maintenance requests, and pending actions.
  
  

Canteen Billing & SAP Operations

• Manage monthly billing for 52 canteens.
• Process RO, SES, and billing documentation through SAP.
• Coordinate bill verification and payment processing.
• Resolve billing-related issues and ensure timely cycle completion.

• Conduct and support MSA audits.
• Monitor compliance requirements and corrective actions.
• Consolidate and submit monthly MSA reports.
