QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for newly developed or existing software solutions.
- Identify, log, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and test cases.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues to determine failings in the system and suggest improvements.
- Perform regression testing after updates or fixes.
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to enhance the end-user experience.
- Document test procedures and results for future reference and analysis.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to QA guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripts.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Ability to work in an on-site setting, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and methodologies.
- Experience with web-based application testing is a plus.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing is an advantage.
