Job Purpose

  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end Telco/Non-Telco activities within the geographical boundaries of his respective Grid(s).

Job Responsibilities

  • Assurance of network availability and managing network operations within the allocated budget by managing network utilization & managing MS-related matters/issues
  • Lead the MS field teams for issue rectification and improve & work on basic management KPIs. To monitor grid performance and activities performed by the field teams.
  • Ensure compliance and conformance to network KPIs.
  • To ensure Preventive/Corrective maintenance of the Access Network and Gensets is carried out on time.
  • Managing the grid within the allocated OPEX budget. Take the necessary steps to optimize OPEX, including electricity, DG Fuel, etc.
  • Assist and manage resources such as cluster owners, riggers & fueling teams, and take steps for their capability/competence development

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree (BE/BS Telecom/Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Work Experience

  • Preferably, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

Skills - Generic:

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Time & Stress Management

Skills - Job Specific:

  • Knowledge of MS Office is especially good in database management.
  • Strong technical grip on operational matters
