QA/QC Executive

• Monitor and assess various stages of the production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform chemical tests to assess chemical properties in accordance with NFL standards and record the results in the control logbook
• Conduct routine quality inspections of production lines, equipment, and product samples, identifying any deviations from established quality control factors
• Investigate and analyse process-related deviations or quality issues, identifying root causes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control protocols related to production processes
• Prepare and distribute reports summarising process quality performance, highlighting key metrics, and recommending improvements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and enhanced product quality
• Implement continuous monitoring and process control measures to prevent quality deviations and optimise process performance
• Collaborate with the procurement team and GMS team to ensure the timely creation of purchase orders (POs) and the availability of materials
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with 3-5 years of experience

• Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 1-2 years of experience
