AK Digital (SMC-PVT) LTD offers a Quality Compliances Internship focused on supporting the company’s adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in reviewing and maintaining company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational documents essential for organizational compliance. The intern collaborates closely with various departments to ensure that internal controls and process improvements are properly implemented. Managing a team of 10 persons, the role involves overseeing compliance activities, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting internal audits, and facilitating communication between departments to drive corrective actions.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines. The internship provides opportunities to gain practical knowledge in quality assurance and compliance processes, including policy documentation, audit support, and monitoring of operational controls. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, reports, required for management review.
• Support internal audit processes by identifying discrepancies, gaps, and areas for improvement in quality and compliance.
• Monitor ongoing adherence to company procedures and quality standards across departments and processes.
• Help identify errors and process inconsistencies and propose actionable improvements to enhance compliance.
• Coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and compliance measures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper management and storage of compliance-related records.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate audit findings, compliance status, and improvement recommendations.
• Manage and guide a team of 10 interns or junior staff, delegating tasks and ensuring alignment with compliance goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster understanding and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Develop proficiency in compliance software and tools, as well as company-specific quality management systems.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry standards, corporate governance, and operational control practices.
