Our client is a growing Saudi-based startup with operations in Wapda Town, Lahore, focused on building high-performing teams in a dynamic software development environment.
We want someone who spends an hour reasoning with Claude or GPT about architecture trade-offs before writing a single line of code, and then ships cleaner, faster, more maintainable systems because of it.

What You Will Do
- Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects from day one.
- Lead planning sessions with AI models (Claude, GPT, etc.) to design systems and validate approaches before execution.
- Coordinate and mentor a team of developers: review work, unblock them, keep delivery on track.
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.
- Set engineering standards for AI-assisted tooling.
- Communicate directly with international clients on calls, docs, and email.
- Next.js in production (SSR, app router, deployment).
- TypeScript, Tailwind, modern React ecosystem.
- Node.js or backend experience for full-stack ownership.
- GitHub or portfolio with Claude Code skills, agents, or AI-assisted projects.
- Strong ReactJS experience in production: components, state, performance.
- Proven architectural thinking. Plans and reasons before coding.
- Claude Code (Max) and Cursor daily. Understands skills, memory, sub-agents, and MCP servers. Bonus for building own skills.
- AI-workflow fluency across prompting approaches, planning loops, and agentic workflows.
- Ownership mindset and multi-developer coordination.
- Excellent English, spoken and written.

- Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM. Work week rotatable to Sunday through
