Our client Work Together is hiring a Real estate marketing Manager (Women Preferred) in Rawalpindi.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Female Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our real estate portfolio. This full-time, on-site role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive property sales and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote property listings and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify the target audience and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media marketing tools to enhance online presence.
- Coordinate advertising efforts, including print and digital ads, to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors, and partners.
- Organize and manage open houses, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase properties.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel, as necessary, for events and property visits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and industry-specific regulations and trends.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Certification or training in real estate marketing or project management is a plus.
